FOSS provides American families with the essentials for daily life by partnering with companies to safely and efficiently construct and maintain infrastructure projects in the oil, gas, renewable energy, and broadband industries.

Since our establishment in 2007, FOSS has been a leading provider of installation and maintenance services to the energy industry. We are headquartered in Rockwall, TX, and we have four operating divisions throughout the Gulf Coast and surrounding states. 

With four operating divisions throughout the southern United States, over 12 years in the industry, and over 500 successful projects, FOSS is functionally and geographically equipped to address all types of pipeline installation and maintenance projects, facility projects, and infrastructure development. We focus both on liquid and natural gas gathering and transportation and processing as well as long transmission lines throughout Texas and the Gulf Coast. We are known by are clients for our quality, efficiency, and safety while meeting all necessary regulatory compliance guidelines.

Where it all began:

Idea, 2007

We began providing top-quality construction services to the EagleFord Shale area in South Texas for EOG Resources who is still a client today.

Expansion, 2017

We significantly increased our production into multiple locations with multiple new clients.

Industry, 2020

Expanded our services to multiple industry sectors within the United States.
